The Public and District Staff can make online Facilities Rental Requests from this page. First, register to Become a Requester. After approved, you can make Facilites Request by logging in here. This will also let you see your past requests, view your permits and invoices. If needing assistance using the portal, click on the 'Click Here for a Video Tutorial' link. Additionally, credit card processing is now available!

In alignment with the current WPSD COVID-19 Reintegration Phase 3 - High Control, no facilities use requests are being reviewed at this time. When facilities rentals resume, all requesters will provide the following items prior to rental:

  • completed facilities use application
  • current certificate of insurance that meets WPSD requirements
  • COVID-19 Suppression Plan that complies with the WPSD Reintegration Plan as well as the Colorado COVID-19 Dial Dashboard guidelines
